Erin Lally Receives Outstanding Leader Award from New York State Dance Education Association
Join us in congratulating Erin Lally, who received an award for Outstanding Leadership from the New York State Dance Education Association this past weekend!
Erin’s visionary leadership as Director of DEL at 92Y led us through the depths of the pandemic, and because of it, we have emerged stronger and more resilient than ever. Her spearheading and management of DEL’s conversion to a digital platform has extended DEL’s reach throughout the country and the world.
Erin continues to lead partnerships with the New York City Department of Education, building new virtual programming such as Tracing Footsteps and Pre-K Create. The launch of the new DEL Institute will also propel DEL’s powerful work in new and ground-breaking directions.
Because of Erin’s thoughtful, steady-handed approach, DEL continues to deepen its service to the field. Those of us who know and love Erin recognize there is no one more deserving of this award.
